Begins & Ends with Love

After Session 1, I realized that I came to earth in this life to take care of, to deeply love, my family and extended family of origin. All of my wounding (from what therapists consider to be great abuse by them) is now totally wiped away in the seeing that I came here to love them completely. My failing to love them completely is wiped clean, also.

Dear Grant,
Thank you for your wonderful email. I am posting it because it may be of help to many others. We all need to look closely at the story with which we frame the past. Sometimes using words like “abused” or “traumatized” can give a needed legitimacy to our experience which helps in the healing process. But if we are not careful, we will begin to frame and interpret others’ as well as our own experience exclusively through these concepts. Then these concepts stop helping us to heal and instead become the means of perpetuating separation and suffering.

All good psychological and spiritual health begins and ends with Love. There is no way to be angry, resentful, and bitter, and also be happy. At some point we must allow compassion to enter in and open the Loving heart.
With Much Love, Adya"
