REALLY slow down

"Here is a way to help to increase the gap between thoughts arising and grasping them. Take four or five days to REALLY slow down. On a physical level, move slower. Shower more slowly. Drive slower. Shop slower… change your physical rhythm in this way, and it will allow space for some gaps to appear. It’s very probable that your speed of thinking will slow down also as a result.  Introducing a new speed offers the intellect a new model for operating."
